Hi
@ElBarto
there is no common answer for this Question.
and in your case i see no reason to do so- but back to the question
i call defoilitation to a tchnic thats oldchool and overrated.
i clearly understand that you did in ealier times with weak lights
but nowadays in the time of powerful LED i see no big reason to do so
Because Leafs are the motor of the Plant, pumping with solarpower the juices through the Plant.
i do some leaf tucking, means, if in later flower, leafs blocking the light to important buds, i take away some of these
or if you have a real " hairy strain"
for outdoors i see no reason to do so , only on huge plants, tere i take away minor shoots and small leafs
or if i see in late flower, small flowers and brown leafs, thats what i take away.
in your case growing a moderate plant outdoor, why stunting her?
no reason. and autoflower i do just a little bit, because the plant tries to replicate whaat you take away, and the life span of an autoflower is restricted.
but as always it depends in the plant, and cannot said in general
greetings
