Hi everyone Found out that my tap water, even after 48h, was still around 8.0 & the soil at 7.1 - 7.7 I use the terra soil mix from Cellmax (pH done at 5.5 - 6.5) Do I have to flush w/ fear of drowning the plants, or got to use water at 5.5 - 5.8 to kinda let the soil stamp? Thx!

Don't worry too much about your soil pH, it's close enough and soil is pretty forgiving to pH irregularities compared to other media. Your water will need adjusted though, 8 is pretty high. 5.5 is a bit acidic for a soil grow, 6-7 is the range you wanna hit. Those more acidic pH ranges in the 5's are more appropriate for soilless grows.
