Some of my buds look almost ready for harvest to me now, while others clearly still need some time. However, as I will be at a festival next week (thursday to sunday), I have to decide whether to harvest before or after. What would you recommend? (No partial harvest feasible)

You’re only in week 6 of flower. I think you’d benefit from an other two weeks.
Harvesting early results in cannabis that won’t be very potent. I’d try to have someone look after your plants while you’re gone.
Or give it a solid watering right before you leave and leave it for the three days you’ll be gone. Then water right when you get back.
That’s what I think. Others may have a different opinion. But it’s too soon to harvest.
