About bud rot

If its bud rot then cut out anything that looks infected, there may not be much more you can do. Whatever you do you shouldn't smoke effected buds.

Are you saying there is rot inside the dry bud or is it mold?

try uploading some pictures to the question or ask it again with attached pics.
Bud rot makes the leaves die and then turn brown and slimy. It has webs of mold as well and can smell bad.

Ensure very low humidity which will stop the rot cut it out and go from there
