You can definitely replant her into a bigger pot (like a 5-gallon one), but timing is key to minimize stress. A good rule of thumb is to check for roots peeking out from the drainage holes at the bottom of the current pot. If you don’t see any roots yet, there’s usually no need to transplant just yet.
Regarding LST (Low Stress Training), you can still do it after transplanting, but give the plant a few days to adjust before applying any additional stress.
As for the node spacing, dense and short internodes can be a sign of good light conditions, so it’s generally not a problem.
