If you truly flushed out all the nutrients you may need to give it a bit of fast acting fertilizers and then a small topdressing of slow release. Eg I use Gaia Green and Acti Sol fertilizers. both organic slow release, they work fine for regular feeding but if I need something ASAP I need to use a liquid feed that is available right then and there and does not require any breaking down. So if this was me, I would do a small top dress with your amendments then give them a quick feeding from something that is available right away. Don't over do it or you'll just end up back in the same situation. Good Luck!

It depends if you are planning on planting a seedling, clone or repotting. Seedlings need very little food, so you can get away with what's left after the flush and then continue as normal after the 1st 2 to 3 weeks. Clones/repotted plants will need a bit more food more quickly being a bigger plant, but can still get away without much food as they stretch their legs. If you can get hold of some compost, that is great to top dress and add life and minerals.
