Hard to say from these pictures - However in future, some more information in your question might help like - how many days total, what the strain is, what your growing medium is and whether it's indoor or outdoor. Also, you'll want to focus on the calyx' of the buds when checking trichomes. It looks like you've still got a few weeks to go. Lots of clears. I'd personally wait until some of those pistils turn orange and shaky + I'd also wait for the buds to fatten up and for the calyx' to swell more. Keep up the green work!!

Probably needs another 2-3 weeks. Once there are 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be entering the harvest zone.

The lady needs time. The manufacturer's information is only an approximate indication. I have already had plants that took 4 weeks longer than stated. Buy a magnifying glass and when you see the first amber-colored trichomes, you know it's time to harvest

It's still bulking. Package times are for perfect conditions. Plus I feel they get manipulated for marketing as well.

To me it looks like she is still blooming There are no orange pistils yet and the tricomes look transp Did you grow it outdoors? Or was there any change in the environment you kept the plant? Light schedule/temperature/humidity? If these are not constant with the stages of growth it can speed or prolong the time the plant matures
