My week-old Lemon Orange plant seems to be suffering. A weak stem and these discolorations on the leaves. I fear the thrips are back. I gave her a thorough inspection & could not see any evidence of bugs or their droppings. Thoughts? I sprayed the plants & environment w/neem oil.

Can not see anything wrong with this seedling, yellow blotches are common in early leaves and not a sign of anything at all.

I agree that there is nothing to be concerned about. Check the soil moisture every few days, otherwise make sure the soil is damp and check on her in another week.
