If the plant is pure male, any seeds you make will have a 50/50 chance of being either male or female, they will not be feminised.
If the male flowers are on a hermaphrodite plant, the seeds will carry dominat genes for being hermaphrodites too, they will not be feminised.
Feminised seeds come from pure females plants that have been chemically reversed/manipulated to produce male flowers.
