That is a bunch of swollen calyxes. It does look like there’s a flower forming in behind. It’s definitely growing funny but I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Just let her do her thing. She’s definitely flowering. Kind of hard to give you anymore advice when there’s no diary. Good luck.
