Should I Induce Flowering for My Cannabis Plant?

I'm noticing some damage on the leaves, particularly on the left side of the plant. Before I move to the flowering stage, should I address these issues, or is it fine to proceed? Any advice would be appreciated!

I would definitely try to sort the issue before going into flowering.
Having deficiencies before the plant is about to bulk up and double or triple in weight is not a good time to not have enough food.
It reminds me of iron deficiency with the tips going lighter, but not 100% sure it's that.
