Should I Begin Flowering My Cannabis Plant?

I'm noticing some damage on the leaves, particularly on the left side of the plant. Before I move to the flowering stage, should I address these issues, or is it fine to proceed? Any advice would be appreciated!

please dont use nitrogen to try and fix this, a nitrogen deficiency would be starting with yellowing from the bottom, not from the top.
clearly not the case, as your uppers are yellow and the bottom is still very green.

Hey man, if you want to avoid further potential problems, for example hermaphroditism or plants not wanting to finish/finishing too early i would definitely try to adress that problem first.
Could be overwatering or maybe a pH-issue blocking iron intake.
