There’s not much information to go by here. You don’t even mention how many weeks of flowering so far. So for me I typically let flowers go for 8 weeks. Very rare that flowers develop faster than that. Some cases with sativas they can have an extended flowering period. The best way to tell if flowers are ready is by the amount of pistils that turn orange. Your pictures show a lot of white pistils. You’re definitely not ready. When you hit week 6 of flower it’s time to start inspecting the tricromes on your buds in multiple places. Sugar leaves are not a good indicator of readiness. If they’re still clear, you’ve got more maturing to do. Now the harvest window can last up to 7-14 days. Once you notice that all tricromes are milky/cloudy your harvest window is open. When they are all milky you’ve reached maximum potency from your buds. Some growers harvest at this stage. This will give you a more energetic high. Or you can wait a little and let your buds develop some amber tricromes. Now potency is on a slight decline at this point but the flavour profile will develop further. The more you let amber tricromes set in the more flavourful it will be and the effects will be more of a couch lock high. Some growers want to harvest all milky. Some growers want to see 20 percent amber tricromes to 80 percent milky and every other ratio in between. I personally like to pull a plant when I see a 50/50 mix of amber and milky. When to harvest is all down to personal preference and what kind of effect you want from your buds. So I suggest getting a pocket microscope or a jewellers loupe and train your eyes to identify these visual cues. Pictures do no justice compared to the naked eye. It’s not very hard to identify a clear tricrome vs a milky one. And when they go amber it’s even easier to identify. Trust your eyes and what you see. So that’s about the quick n dirty on when to harvest. Judging by your pictures you’re about week 3-4 of flower. I’d say you’re looking at an other 4-5 weeks before harvest. This is just a guess because you lack providing information. Good luck.
