Any advise about deficiency?? Plus I have same insect I have insects on the flowers that have left black spots, they seem like caterpillars can I spray neem oil plus potwssic soap on the buds?

Your plants are hungry.
They need nitrogen, mg and a bit of everything else won't hurt.
DO NOT spray anything on your plants now. They are too far into flower and you'll cause more damage than you will fix.
The damage I see doesn't look like caterpillars. If you could take a closer photo of what you are worried about it will make it much easier to help.
