Plant didnt get water for 5d, then harvested. Bud have these brown areas underneath and aside the sugar leaves. Leaves were wilting and some slightly purple, naturally. Is this bud rot or just nomal decoloration from senecense? Should I discard these buds? Can one smell mold/rot?

It looks fine to me. Bud rot usually happens from the inside out and usually happens in high moisture areas or during heavy rain outside the water gets trapped in the buds and cooler temperatures don’t allow the bud to fully dry out. Bud rot has a real funky smell to it it’s very noticeable. So if your bud smells like normal then I would say it’s fine. The circled bits in the picture just looks like discoloured leaf material. But if you’re really unsure about it, don’t use it. Your health isn’t worth a few grams of bud.

You're safe. That is just the laves dying and browning. As mentioned budrot is quite unmistakable, the inside of your flower will have a dead molded area that is usually wet and slimy and just looks gross. When you have it you will know for sure, but this is 100% safe

this decoloration is totally normal when your leafs are drying. bud rot tends to sit inside of the buds, spreading from the area where the stems of those leaves are connected to the bud often times! Yes, one could smell mold, but you can definitely also see it pretty easily. kinda looks like gray/brown mold on food
