I set a 60/60 cm tent and a 240w light but every time the light is on the temperature goes way too high. the room is around 20-24 Celsius and in the tent is 22-24 when the light is off and with no fan inside yet And when the light is on it rises to 28-31 What should I do?

240 Watt is overkill for such a small tent. You could move the light cycle to the evening / night to profit off lower outside temperatures. Increasing airflow could help with exchanging the warm air quick enough so that the tent does not heat up that much. Ultimately though you are probably better off dimming the light to 25% - 50% of the max. power.

240W in a 60x60 cm tent Is way to much light. You need to dim your light and it should be possible with the driver you have. I think you might have a rubber plug on the driver that you can remove and then adjust the wattage. And you need to ventilate the hot air from the tent out of the room that it is in.

You need circulation, without a fan or exhaust system your light will always heat the tent up. Another than that can help is to have your lights on at night when it's cooler and off during the heat of the day. Other than that fans and AC is the way to go.

Set your intake low and your exhaust above the lights. Heat from lights gets exhausted.
