High bro, I did not see your plants for a while, they are looking great now! Only defoliate when leaves are really stacked on eachother and when you can feel moist in between those leaves. This can cause mold and other issues. But next to that there is really NO reason to defoliate an outside plant. It will only decrease yield. ou want those leaves to send the energy from the sun to those nice juicy buds! 😋 Happy Growing Buddy! 💚

The plants "know" what they are doing! It does not involve getting rid of perectly healthy, green, energy producing leaves for cosmetic reasons. There is no need to defoliate outdoor plants. Just rmember....... Less leaves = less energy being made = less potential growth.

If you are having problems with high RH then remove a few, but only the ones on the inside of the plant blocking light to other leaves. Or if when you plant sleeps a load of leaves rest on each other and cause moisture then thin that bit out. If you don't have them problems I'd try and leave it alone. More leaves the better. Saying that I defoliate constantly. 🤣

Hey, You can take a few off, but don't go crazy and don't cut leaves out from inside the bud. Cut early in the morning on a sunny day, preferably before sunrise. If you cut leaves higher up on the bud, cut the petiole (leaf stalk) outside of the bud and when the stalk dies and dries up you can pull it out. You don't want open wounds inside the flower now, that can be a spot for mold to creep in. You don't have to cut anything unless you are worried about temperature fluctuation and humidity, so only do what you need to for better airflow.
