Hydroponic roots stunted???

This is my Fast Buds Cream Cookies Autoflower roots after nearly eight weeks. What does everyone think? I think my plant is going slow and I think it may be because these roots are a bit stunted. Had rot for one day after a few weeks but thought I had sorted it. Thoughts please.

It is just fine..........some plants are just slow growers.
Do you have your light at 100%?
18/6 is optimal btw.

What level do you keep the water because at week 3 it looks like the water level is halfway up your net pot. It should have been way below before that, also your plant needed more light for a while.
