It suddenly shows these leaf symptoms on just 2 leaves in the 6th week of flowering.
What can I do?

This looks like the beginning of a calcium deficiency.
You could increase the dosage if you are already using a cal/mag supplement or add a cal/mag supplement to your line up if not using one already, but at this late stage there is little chance of actually "fixing" the problem, but you can prevent it from geeting worse.
I would also suggest cutting back on the usual feeding levels, the leaves are very, very dark green, indicating a general over feeding situation.

In the 6th week of flowering, I wouldn't try anything else; it's too late for that now. The plant is approaching its biological end and is only taking in reduced nutrients anyway.
Just water it from now on and finish the grow; you don't need to worry about those few spots.
