I’ve done the whole 48 hour dark period and I probably won’t do it again.
It’s bro science and there’s no data to prove whether it works or not.
Do it if you want but you’ll probably more than likely have a placebo effect.
If it’s ready to harvest, harvest it. No trickery needed.
