Holes on the leaves

Does anyone know what this could be? in the garden are 2 plants and only this one has those weird holes on the leaf

some of that looks like liquid burning on the leaves. you spraying anything on them? or are they getting wet during peak hours? the water droplets act like magnifying glasses on the leaves and burn them.

Most of the grashoppers and crickets here cut pieces out of the leaves, but young ones might nibble like this, but I suspect young caterpillars.
Definitely give your plant a scout and see if you can find anything.
