Leaving them on will help the plant to absorb as much Co2 and photons as possible, resulting in a greater yield.
I think your plant is looking nice and healthy! She is looking a bit "droopy", but i suppose you took that picture before the lighting went on/ after it went off?
This can make plants look droopy as well as over- or underwatering.
If the leafs are always hanging down droopy like this you are probably underwatering!
