Hey, I would not cut anything on this plant, as she is nice and bushy but doesnt have too many leafs. Nothing is touching or overlapping here. Leaving them on will help the plant to absorb as much Co2 and photons as possible, resulting in a greater yield. I think your plant is looking nice and healthy! She is looking a bit "droopy", but i suppose you took that picture before the lighting went on/ after it went off? This can make plants look droopy as well as over- or underwatering. If the leafs are always hanging down droopy like this you are probably underwatering! Good luck, would be nice to see a diary of you!

I have not defoliated a plant for the last 35 years outdoors and I would never do so. More leaves = more energy being made = more potential growth. Too many leaves can be an indication of the plant having a life of too much nitrogen constantly, especially with Sativa type strains.

I wouldn't remove anything from that plant. A little heavy on the N, but otherwise she's a beautiful lady. Light to the buds and airflow are what you want to defol for.

No. It is not necessary as long as the buds have enough access to light.
