Personally, I'd shoot for a higher PH (preferably 6.3). I'd also use a larger pot to begin with and would advise against transplanting autoflowers. The stress of transplanting isn't worth risking on an autoflower in my opinion.
The plant needs time to recover, and autoflowers don't have the luxury of time to bounce back from different stresssors without impacting yield and quality.
Lastly, If they're in a small pot, you might need to water more frequently as soil can dry faster in lower volumes.
