Not sure what bug is in the 1st shot, but those growths at the node are looking a lot like male flowers to me. The leaf miner in the 2nd photo looks like the larvae has exited the leaf and turned into a fly. Pulling the leaf now isn't going to help your plant, the damage is done and not the end of the world. If you see their trails in the leaf in future, it goes from small to large as the maggot grows. If you see a tiny opening cut into the surface, he's gone, but if you see a small dark bump, you can scratch the top of the leaf gently and it will pop out and you can kill it.

I agree with others, nanners "male flowers" in 1st pic and leaves miners in 2nd. First pic to hard to see the big on the branch I did not even see it till I read the other answers as i focused in on the balls.

Those definitely are male flowers! Not sure what that insect in the first picture is, but as Papa_T and Shinsimilla said you have leaf miners.

In the second photo you have what is called leaf miners. You have to cut off and discard all leaves that have the trail like streaks going through the leaves. There’s multiple ways to treat leaf miners. Google search it up and pick the method that will work for you.
