Fairly certain you're growing a purple strain... and no, that is NOT bud rot! You wouldn't see bud rot on so many buds all at the same time... Bud rot is first generally seen as dead (brown, crispy) sugar leaves coming from a bud - yours look very healthy. No worries!

i had pistils change colors just in week 2 sometimes. other pistils grow over and cover them and it doesnt become an issue. honesyly everything looks good at the moment.

whats the strain? it looks as if it could have purple genetics. also are you running your temps and humidity at levels that could cause bud rot during the flowering stage?

Pistils can change colour from cold, heat, wrong ph, wind damage. Thats only esthetic, no influence to harvest. Your tops are pale, either wrong ph or too intense light. Rapid and sudden leaf colour change from green to yellow - thats best indicator for suspicious place of possible bud rot.
