Definitely male flowers.
Best tip is to chop.
If those flowers open near female plants your buds will be full of seeds.
The only time you want males is for breeding.

Yes male.
Unless you want 100s of seeds everywhere, either get rid of it or move it far, far away from any of your female plants.
Otherwise, growing it is the same as any other cannabis plant.

yeah on second picture it is absolutely safe a male.
if it was a female seed it´s a hermaphrodite and you can try to cut all male genders, but that´s no guarantee that your plant don´t self-pollinated or pollinate other plants.
