No, they are not, they are enlarged female calyxes known as "pre-flowers".
Male flowers are football shaped and grow on small stems and much smaller than what you have photographed.
If you are keen, go to week 7 in my diary "cannabis conundrums" where I have posted pictures of both male and female pre-flowers, as well as some hermie pics and other weird things cannabis can do, and these pictures may help you to identify things in the future.
At this stage though, you have nothing to be worried about.

If you see pistils (the white hairs) growing out of a calyx, that usually indicates a female plant.
It looks fine, dont overthink it 😁

Nope, these are female parts "Stipule and stigma".
Highly recommend finding a free copy on the internet of "We Grow Cannabis", by Jorge Cervantes which shows pictures of the various parts. It could save you a lot of stress! Best of luck to you on your grow!
