Temp runter, rlf hoch?

On average, 45% RH at 28°C. VPD is at 1.8-2.0 kPa. 100W lamp at 100%. Oscillating fan on level 2 out of 3. Bowls with water are in the tent. Exhaust without carbon filter is running. Plant shows no signs of stress, super growth. Is this okay, or should I lower the temp and raise the RH?

I would increase the humidity a bit, to 60-65% in veg and 45-55% in bloom. But ultimately, you can tell from the plants whether a change in the environment is even necessary :) Good luck and success! 💚🌱

For early growth I'd try and get my vpd to 0.8, so with your conditions it's either lower temps or increase RH.

Mach weiter so 👍.

Theoretically, this won't last long in the 2nd week of veg. This is in the high-stress range; from 2kpa it even becomes critical where the stomata close enough that respiration is reduced. Google "vpd chart led grow," and you can read good environmental values for the different growth stages. However, the leaf temperature is only estimated from LED lamps. Is your lamp possibly far away from the plants? Currently, it's so humid outside that you can increase humidity and lower temperatures a bit with fresh air. A humidifier would also be good for the initial weeks until the plants can transpire enough to keep humidity in the green range.
