I can't see 100% in the photos, closer and clearer would definitely help. It does look very suspicious though and from what I can see my answer would be yes, that looks like a male flower.

Quite certain that is a male flower developing, but to be 100% sure or otherwise, a clear, close up picture would be needed. Unfortunately, it does seem as though this plant is indeed a "hermie".
