Mites, likely spider mites. Did not see any in the leaf pics but the lighting and focus is off. However the webbing and little dots are them. I've had them before. They a bitch to deal with. If your plant is in veg I would recommend treating it with a pyrethrins product or equivalent asap then switch to flower when its cured. If its in flower bring it back into veg. till you deal with them all. If its an autoflower... kinda SOL, spraying on blooms is not great. Their are some products that say they are ok n bloom but I don't know if I fully trust that information. The main thing is will it absorb into the buds you smoke and cause you harm. Or will it increase RH and then give way to bud rot. They like dry hot arid conditions. Increasing RH can help a bit. but it is far from the solution. Some natural solutions exist but they will require a lot of applications as the eggs are not normally affected. Don't have the same kill level as the pyrethrins but they will work given enough time. Sometimes the natural ones are bit more tolerated by humans should cross contamination happen. End of day look up bud washing as you will want to use this on harvest.

Looks like you have spidermites. When their populations are small, they can easily go unnoticed. You need to check for tiny spots on the leaves and look under the leaf. If you see tiny red spots that you can squish and they leave a trail, that is them. If you look very closely you can see their legs, but mostly just look like dots. Once their populations get higher, they create very fine webbing over your plant. In flower it is difficult to deal with them, because you can't spray anything on your flower. The best thing is predatory mites. In veg you have more options, so it's best to try to keep them in check before flower and then during flower to scout a lot so you can kill any that find your plant before they start breeding.

Theoretically you should use neem oil but I never got good result using it. Instead try the spinosad. When I used it I resolved the problem in a moment.
