My friends plants having some issues. He's using living soil and was feeding rainwater and the plant was really healthy after transplanting to final pot he started using mineral water and that's when the issue started he thinks.

Could be a ph problem, water could have had a ph that was way off if that is from bottle mineral water. it can be very acidic. Also its likely the potting mix in the final pot is just to rich and got nutrient burn,and that's more the issue not the water.
