No she is starting to form buds that’s not a hermie of what I can see.
Try to search the buds for seeds and feel the calyxes!
It’s normal for a plants to start to form weird bud formations.
If you find seeds u know 100% it’s a hermie.
But I would maybe remove the small calyxes under ur stems just to be extra sure because u won’t get a fat bud under there anyway.
So the answer is no, if u find seeds then yes :)
