The slightly higher temperature (24-25°C) will also help accelerate the process without risking damage to quality.
While the second option is closer to ideal slow-drying conditions (60-65% RH / 20°C) that you used for the first 9 days, it might be beneficial to slightly speed up the process now.
Keep checking your plants daily. When the smaller branches start to snap rather than bend, that's a sign you're nearing completion.
