Yes, just be sure that the internodes develop appropriately -- space between growth nodes. that's your guide for light intensity. these look fine, but too much light can cause a little paling of new growth too.
if in soilless, should be fertigating each irrigation. EC for soilless/hydro context should be low enough that it is a non-issue. The seedling may not need it initially, but haveing that charge ready and waiting avoids any slowdown. No different than a light potting mix for seedlings.
The seed can power its own growth the first 7+ days, so when you see some symptom it's more likely the light or something too "hot" in substrate. Pictures under grow lights also look paler than reality. Like i said these look fine even if new growth is slightly pale, i'd wait and see.
