The white spots on the leaves could be a sign of pest infestation, such as spider mites, or a nutrient deficiency, particularly calcium or magnesium. It would be a good idea to check the plants for pests and review the nutrient supply. If you don't find any signs for pests then give them some calcium.

Looks a bit like a pest. but in other shots looks like WPM. Your not spraying anything in bloom I hope as that could also be a thing. More pictures would be good, some macro shots. not only from the canopy but also just below it. Looks to be mostly on the top colas. try and get pics of the underside of the leaves as well. Need more information before know what it might be. to many maybes atm.

If you clean the white spots. You plant have some mold. If you can't clean it like dirt. Your plant is overfeeded by nutrions or you have some bugs that try do mine your plant.
