Hey everyone, can someone help here? The stem and some spots where there are shoots are rough, brownish-black to gray, looks like a powdery layer. The plants are in flowering, is this a fungus? Do I need to harvest urgently? Or what do you think? Thx

Bud rot . If on branches, just whipe off with peroxide. But soon it will go to buds....

Maybe cutting with dirty scissors if it's only where you have cut.... clean with isopropyl.
