It's all good. As already mentioned here, it's very out of the soil. Solution: put a little soil over it, cover the root, make just a small window where the seed is to get a bit of light and turn it upwards.

You didn't bury the seed deep enough. That's the tap root you're seeing. Some people that germinate in a wet paper towel don't even plant until the seed looks like this. Just carefully scape a little dirt over that and your seedling should make am appearance 24-48 hours later.

There is nothing to worry about. All has different genetics and grow their own way. Some tend to look very weird sometimes. But can’t see something bad here. So give it some days and see if it keep growing then you know there is no problems with this one 😃 Good luck 💪🏽🔥
