Neemöl? Raps öl? Nematoden?

Help asap :( I'm just two weeks away from harvest and have red spider mites, what’s the best thing to do? I have neem oil, but everyone says not to use it during flowering. I've been fighting them for days with cotton swabs and hydrogen peroxide. The temperature in the tent is high.
