Some more details would be helpful or a diary or images. Air flow is good, it helps the plants breath and prevent mold. You might need to run the exaust fan at a higher speed or run a dehumidifer in the room where the tent pulls its air from. If the tents RH is 70% and the ambient room its pulling from is 60%. the RH will never drop below 60% as that's the normal. so treat the room and lower it if you need lower. or just keep up the airflow and hope for the best.

You should always use a ventilation fan! Your plants need new fresh air. And good air circulation to prevent bud rot. So always use the exhaust fan, a moving fan, and a carbon filter if needed to the smell! You can have the fan and filter outside tent as well to earn more space 😃
