Grüße :) Eine Ferndiagnose ist immer schwer... Schätze mal ein Calcium Magnesium (CalMag) Mangel.

You need to stabilize the Ph in your medium it looks like it’s not in the right range. So feed the medium with ur feeding solution until ur runoff is in the right spot! Are you giving your plant any calmag? If not you should give them a little. How is your environment? I recommend 20-24 degrees and 40-50% humidity and you will have good growth. If your medium is coco you need to water every time with runoff to prevent salt buildup. That will burn the plants. So I recommend using a little calmag and get the ph and envoirment right. And flush out the salt buildup up in ur medium. Good luck my friend 😁
