It’s because of wrong ph in medium so she can’t take up calcium and magnesium. Or it’s a deficiency. Are you adding any calmag? If not you should. It’s a product you can buy at any grow store for weed. You can also spray it on the leaves to prevent them from keep dying. So check the Ph in your medium by measuring the runoff! If it’s wrong just flush your medium with the nutrient solution you feed your plants with ofc ph balanced until the runoff is the same as you pour in the pot.
