Leaf discolouration

What does this mean please? Lights have been dimmed back down until flower as I think they are having too much light also been told by you guys the same so they are back down to 400 for now, reduced the temps too. But what is the discolouration? Thank you.

That the warm glow of a Hps? Gut feeling saying humidity or ph and if you have a scope check for mites. I've had similar symptoms with russet variety of spider mites.
