So, what to do about the lower bud sites? Should I cut them off? If so how many? Below the level of the net maybe? All of them below the net level? Also, should I defoliate. And should I stagger the trimming over a few days for recovery? Advice, as always, greatly appreciated!

High AbsoluteBudinner, You do not need to defoliate or cut away leaves. You only do this when there are too many leaves. This is not the case with your plants. And for buds, you only cut away really small buds thay will never develop into something usefull. This is also not the case with your plants. But you do got a huge nutrient lockout. Water till 20% runoff to prevent nutrient salts building up inside your soil. Make sure that you give the right pH and make sure that you do not overfeed. The nutrient value from your nutrient should be around EC 1.6 - 1.8 for your plants. This should solve the deficiency and will give you nice fat buds to harvest! Happy Growing Buddy! 💚

Hello- Your ladies are asking for some P and K nutrients. I think you're actually being a bit too conservative with your feeding quantities. I'd suggest 5-10ml of calmag plus the recommended dosage of your bloom food. I'd wait for signs of recovery before you start cutting off the damaged (or any) leaves. If they fall off or die then of course remove them.

I wouldn't cut any sites off, your dealing with potassium problems like asnoriu said. Removing anything decent will kill your harvest.

You have heavy potassium deficiency. Sort it first. I would not trim anything, result wont be huge anyways. If it would be healthy plants, maybe some lolipoping and selective defoliation would be needed. Now i woud sort potassium, after all done - i would trim till green most damaged leaves ( cut of dead/yellow part on each ). If it would be almost all leaf - then i would take off it totally.
