Genetics can casue it (crappy seeds) among many other things. How did the trichromes look before you harvested? Percent of clear, milky, and amber. How many weeks into flower did you pull it? I pulled one too early one time because of a light and fert problem that was my own doing. Caused all the pistols to turn early and curl, but the trichromes weren't exactly ready. Leaf trichs were ALL amber (you dont go by the leaves, just the bud) and i thought i saw some on the buds too, but I was wrong. Result was a week smoke with little to no taste. Not saying that's what this is, just one thought of what could have happened from one of my previous experiences. No diary and little information to go off of, means people can only make guesses. Best of luck in the future and Happy Growing!

You have only dried your flower. Curing takes weeks after the drying process. From the moment you put your dried buds into containers the curing process begins. For the next 6-8 weeks you want to open those containers daily to let the bud breathe. Some professional craft growers cure for like 4 months after it has dried. Generally though for the home grower 6-8 weeks is good and it will be ready for long term storage. You haven’t gone wrong, you’re just not done the curing part.
