Looking ok so far.
Marz suggests 24"/60cm for seedling, 14"/36cm for veg, 12"/30cm for flower.

Does your light have a dimmer?
Do you know how many ppfd they received?
What is the frequency of the light? 18 hours?

60cm for a seedling is more than close enough. Wattage of your light should be fine. If it stretches try moving it slightly closer. If it shows signs of light stress move it up. Modern led lights in my opinion don't need to be kept at 30cm.
