Correct distance?

Hi friend, I'm not very good, but if you add some information to your question maybe the community can help you more. Does your light have a dimmer? Do you know how many ppfd they received? What is the frequency of the light? 18 hours?

60cm for a seedling is more than close enough. Wattage of your light should be fine. If it stretches try moving it slightly closer. If it shows signs of light stress move it up. Modern led lights in my opinion don't need to be kept at 30cm. Peace up and good luck
