24-48h of darkness or light

Hi guys harvest is around the corner after few days is gonna be the day and im reading about 24-48h of darkness but i watches a Dr. Bruce video of 48h of light. My question is can a plant reveg of 24-48h of light or is bullshit

I always left for 3 days dark before harvest and I don't see negative consequences, plants looks little bit more resin.
