Your plant looks a bit pale in the middle, it COULD be from too much light. Without a diary it's hard to say, but it's likely considering how strong a light you use and the pale and slightly twisted look to your plant. Young plants generally require your lights not only be pretty far away, but also dimmed down a fair bit. For seedlings a ppfd around 200-300 is generally the target and you can step up to around 700 once true veg begins.
As far as heat...that kinda depends on how cool your space is. For many, their grow lights provide enough heat. HID and CMH lights also produce more heat than LEDs, if your space is really cool those options might make more sense.
