Tilting your pot for light penetration

Can I place a wedge under one side of my pot to even put the canopy of my plant? I have it trained growing at an angle and if I put something underneath it the whole stalk becomes horizontal

I would let the plants do their thing, having the pot crooked would make drainage of water act odd.
Or maybe just use some training or a net to even out the canopy.

I don't see why not but even canopy is best achieved with training the branches without breaking them
