Need some advice for a grow room setup, (preferably from an indian grower)!

I have never previously grown cannabis , let alone growing it indoor . I have seen many tutorials on how to grow indoor but mostly the supplies required therein isn't usually accessible to us Indians . Thus, I would like to know some alternate tricks and tips from fellow growers
