This is my first time growing a photoperiodic plant.
I need to keep it very small, as the maximum distance between soil level and my light is ~55cm.
So the plant shouldn’t get bigger then 45cm.
I trained it flat / parallel to the soil.
Can / Should I switch to 12/12 tomorrow?

She will still most likely stretch when she flowers. I'm going to say you may be aiming for to many colas for your space, 12 may get a bit cramped but it's worth a go and if it's overcrowded you know for next time.

Noone will tell how tall this gitl will run during flowering stage. A bit too intense light can help to leave her compact, but rest is on genetics....
